Client's description

The RAA is a protocol in charge of the recognized appraiser self-regulation entities where the appraiser information is registered, kept and updated, in accordance with the Appraiser Law. The registration of the appraisers in the RAA is an obligation from the moment the operation of the first Recognized Self-Regulation Entity is authorized by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.

The Open Registry of Appraisers does not provide any type of service directly to appraisers. For the purposes of registering, updating your registration, as well as requesting certificates, you must request it through the ERA to which they are registered.
