Job description
We are looking for an AI UX/UI Designer with strategic vision, passion for creating memorable user experiences, and the ability to lead high-impact projects. They will be responsible for researching, designing, and validating user-centered solutions, collaborating with product and technology teams to ensure intuitive, attractive, and functional digital experiences.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate on the definition of information architecture to improve the user experience.
- Research, gather, and analyze user behavior and the competitive environment.
- Design flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and run usability tests supported by AI tools.
- Transform insights into functional, user-centered visual solutions, incorporating AI technologies into the design process.
- Work hand in hand with product owners and engineers to ensure an integrated experience.
- Continuously optimize digital products from qualitative and quantitative data, supported by AI-based tools.
- Define the visual direction of the project and ensure design consistency.
- Lead and accompany design teams, providing mentorship and strategic guidance.
- Facilitate collaborative sessions applying design thinking methodologies.
- Measure, analyze, and validate designs through user research.
- Actively participate in the creation of solutions for mobile and web applications.
Required skills
- Professional degree or master's in Design, UX, or related fields.
- UX design experience in FinTech, banking, or financial sectors.
- Advanced command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with AI solutions applied to design.
- Knowledge and application of design systems, information architecture, and typography.
- Experience creating effective prompts oriented to web design, user flows, and user experience.
- Command of user-centered design methodologies (Stanford D-School, IBM, Google).
- Experience using AI tools applied to design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and lead ideation processes.
- Creative, flexible approach oriented to solving complex problems.
- Strong portfolio that reflects experience and strategic thinking in UX.
- Upper-intermediate English level (B2 or higher).
Desirable skills
- HFI (Human Factors International) certification.
- Previous experience in software or hardware development.
- Complementary training or specific studies in the use of artificial intelligence in design processes.
