At Seed EM we've spent almost 20 years building and running digital platforms for government, education, media, and businesses across Latin America and the United States. We are a Drupal Diamond Certified Partner, the only one at that level in Latin America. We're looking for a creative person with a sharp eye and strong editorial judgment, who will make sure our clients' websites look good, say the right thing, and stay up to date. Artificial intelligence will be your main tool for producing more and better content. The client needs to feel they have someone close, attentive, and committed to their brand. You don't need to know how to code or manage servers: our technical team takes care of that.

Main responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish text, images, short videos, and graphic pieces for client sites.
• Adapt content to the tone and identity of each brand, and maintain the visual and editorial consistency of each site.
• Build new pages from existing templates and components, choosing images and content hierarchy.
• Review that each piece is well written, clear, and follows good SEO and accessibility practices: titles, descriptions, alt text, and internal links.
• Use AI tools to write, translate, summarize, generate and edit images, and optimize text.
• Know when an AI result is ready to go and when it needs to be corrected or redone: the final judgment is yours.
• Propose new ways to use AI to produce content faster without losing quality.
• Be the point of contact for the clients in your portfolio, in both Spanish and English.
• Receive their requests, understand what they really need, and deliver on time, with clear follow-up.
• Prepare simple monthly reports covering what was published, the results, and recommendations.
• Propose content improvements before the client asks for them.

Required skills

• English level B2 or higher, to communicate in writing and on video calls with clients in the United States.
• Two or more years of experience in digital content production, community management, digital communications, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for text and images (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Firefly, or similar), with concrete examples of your work.
• Command of design and editing tools: Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar, and basic video editing.
• Excellent writing and spelling in Spanish.
• Editorial and visual judgment: you know what content works, what's excess, and what's missing.
• A service mindset: you care that the client is satisfied, and you show it through attentiveness and follow-through.
• Creative and rigorous: you enjoy producing content and never let a mistake slip through.
• Curious about AI: you try new tools, but only publish what you've reviewed.
• Client-focused: you listen, ask questions, and respond clearly.
• Organized: you handle several requests at once without any of them falling through the cracks.

Desirable skills

• Experience publishing on a content management system (WordPress, Drupal, Wix, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Photography, motion graphics, or video production.
• Agency experience, handling several clients at once.
