Pope Pius X declared the Archdiocese of Santafé Primatial HQ of Colombia on December 7, 1902, and in January 1953 Pope Pius XII gave it the definitive name of Archdiocese of Bogotá. Over the years, this Particular Church has given rise to numerous ecclesiastical districts, becoming the true "mother Church" of the Churches in Colombia.
The Archdiocese of Bogotá sought to renew its web portal, with the main purpose of improving navigation speed, improving the way content is managed, and having a tool with a more modern and dynamic design.
Design and development of the new portal of the Archdiocese of Bogotá, whose estimate contains all the aforementioned requirements by client. In short, it is made up of the following Minisites:
Minisite type 1: Parishes, Schools, Vicars.
Type 2 minisite: Seab, Coordinations, Foundations, Organisms.
Type 3 minisite: Plan E.
General pages of the archdiocese: Home, Information Center.
WITHIN THE IMPROVEMENT PROCESS WE HELP THE ARCHDIOCESE:
We help the Archdiocese to have a content manager that allows them to have more flexibility in their requirements, since it is a scalable portal, now they can carry out several of their processes through this new portal.
The result is a web portal that allows them to manage all their dependencies, organizations, centers, parishes, schools, vicariates, organizations, foundations, providing information and experience for the end user, also for administrators and editors of the portal as well as for visitors perceiving a updated, modern and easy to administer portal.
THE SECTIONS THAT CAN BE SEEN IN THIS INITIAL PHASE OF THE NEW PORTAL ARE:
In the initial phase: Home and the Information Center.
In the intermediate phase: Minisite Type 2, Minisite Type 3.
In the final phase: Minisite Type 1.
